Any clear, well-lit photo works, and it takes about 30 seconds. Already have an approved portrait? Add the blanket to your order and we reuse that artwork, no upload needed.

Your portrait is created from your pet's photo using an AI-assisted digital art process, then reviewed and refined by a real person before production.
Preview & approve your proof
We create your portrait in our signature pencil-art style and send a digital proof, typically within 2–3 business days. You can request one free re-do. Nothing is produced until you approve your proof.
Printed & delivered
Once approved, we print your approved artwork onto the sherpa fleece blanket and ship it, delivered in approximately 5–10 business days after approval. The same artwork is kept visually consistent when adapted to the blanket.

You Approve It Before We Make It
Before anything is produced, you review a digital proof and can request one free re-do, so the artwork is right before we ever print. Your blanket is never sent to production until you approve your proof, so if you need more time your order simply waits for you. If your blanket arrives damaged, misprinted, or meaningfully different from the proof you approved, we will replace it or refund you.

Will the blanket really look like my pet?–
That's what the proof process is for. You approve a digital proof of the portrait before anything is produced, with one free re-do included. We keep the approved artwork visually consistent when we adapt it to the blanket.
Can I use the artwork from a portrait I already ordered?+
Yes. If you are ordering (or have in your cart) a custom pet portrait, choose "Add to my portrait order" and we reuse that same approved artwork, no second upload needed. The bundle price is applied automatically at checkout.
Are the portraits AI-generated?+
Our portraits are created using an AI-assisted digital art process based on the photo you upload. Each portrait is reviewed and refined by a real person before production, and you approve a proof before printing.
What kind of photo do I need?+
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is visible and in focus, and the original full-size image works best.
- Clear face: fully visible and in focus.
- Good lighting: natural daylight is best.
- No heavy blur: a steady, sharp shot captures more detail.
- High resolution: the original, full-size image whenever possible.

What sizes are available?+
Two sizes: 50" × 60" (a throw / lap size) and 60" × 80" (large enough to cover a bed).
How do I care for the blanket?+
It is a plush sherpa fleece blanket with a soft velvety front and a thick sherpa back. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low to keep it soft and the print looking its best.
How long does it take?+
You will usually see your proof within 2–3 business days. After you approve it, your blanket is printed and delivered in approximately 5–10 business days.
Can I add another pet?+
Yes, add the "Add another pet" option on this page to include a second pet in the same artwork.
What about shipping?+
Free standard U.S. shipping with tracking on every order. We currently ship within the United States only, and everything is printed and shipped in the USA.
