A Few Things to Know
Because every portrait is custom-made, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for change of mind after production has started. The guarantee does not cover:
- Change of mind after production
- Choosing the wrong size or format
- Requests for extra re-dos after the included free re-do
- Changing to a different pet photo after artwork creation has started
- Minor color differences between screens and printed canvas
- Orders where the final print matches the approved proof
