How Studio Artlims collects, uses, and protects your information, including the pet photos you share with us.
Last updated: July 2026In short: we collect only what we need to fulfill your order and run our store, we never sell your data, and you can contact us any time to access or delete it.
What we collect
Your contact and delivery details, order and payment information (processed securely through Shopify), the photos you upload for your portrait, and basic device and usage data via cookies.
How we use it
To create and deliver your order, provide support, keep the store secure, send order updates, and meet our legal obligations. The photos you upload are used only to create and fulfill your order.
Your photos and how we handle them
When you upload a photo to have a portrait made, we use it only to create your portrait and complete your order. Your photos are kept private and are only processed by Studio Artlims and the service providers we rely on to store, create, fulfill, and deliver your order, including our image-hosting provider (Cloudinary) and our print and shipping partners. They are stored as private files that are not publicly accessible and are not indexed by search engines. They are not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
We keep your uploaded photos for up to 12 months after your order is completed, so we can help with revisions, reprints, or re-orders. After that period we delete them. You can ask us to delete your photo at any time by emailing studioartlims@outlook.com, and we will remove it from our systems.
Who we share it with
Only the partners needed to run the store, such as Shopify (our platform and host), our print and shipping providers, and payment processors. We never sell your personal information.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to certain uses, by emailing studioartlims@outlook.com. EU/UK customers may also contact their local data-protection authority.
