Will it actually look like my pet?+
That's what the examples above are for: see the portrait style and judge for yourself. Better still, you approve a digital proof before anything is produced, with one free re-do, so there are no surprises. And if your print ever arrives damaged or meaningfully different from the proof you approved, we'll replace it or refund you.
Do you offer different portrait styles?+
Yes. Every portrait comes in two pencil styles: graphite pencil, a classic soft black-and-grey look, and colored pencil, the same hand-finished style in natural color. Both are made from your photo, in the same sizes and at the same price.
Are the portraits AI-generated?+
Our portraits are created using an AI-assisted digital art process based on the photo you upload. Each portrait is reviewed and refined by a real person before production. We also send you a proof before printing, so you can request a free re-do if it's not quite right.
What kind of photo do I need?+
Any clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is visible and in focus. Natural daylight works best. If there's an issue with your photo, we'll reach out before we begin.
Do I get to see it before it ships?+
Yes. We send a digital proof for your approval before we ever print. You can request one free re-do.
Will it look cheap or generic?+
No. Every portrait is made in our signature pencil-art style and printed on gallery-quality canvas or framed stock, a real, premium product made to hang.
How long does it take?+
Most proofs go out within 2–3 business days of ordering, or within 24 hours if you add Priority Creation. After you approve, your portrait is produced and delivered in approximately 5–10 business days.
What if I don't love it?+
You approve the proof first, so you're in control the whole way. If your printed portrait arrives damaged or meaningfully different from what you approved, we'll make it right or refund you.
Can I add a second pet?+
Yes - add our Extra Pet option at checkout so both of your companions share the same portrait.
