Main Delivery Promise

Every Studio Artlims portrait is custom-made from your pet photo. After you place your order, we review your photo, create your digital proof, and send it to you for approval, typically within 2–3 business days of ordering (or within 24 hours with Priority Creation). Once your proof is approved, your portrait moves into production and shipping, both handled within the United States.

How Delivery Works
Delivery time starts after you approve your proof: here is every step, start to finish.

Order placed
You choose your portrait format, size, and add-ons. You can upload your pet photo during checkout or choose to send it later.

Photo review
We review your pet photo before starting. If the photo is too blurry, too dark, or missing important detail, we'll contact you before creating your portrait.

Digital proof created
We create your custom pencil-style portrait and send you a digital proof for review.

Approval or re-do
You approve your proof or request one free re-do.
Your portrait is never sent to production until you approve your digital proof, so if you need more time your order simply waits for you.

Production and shipping
After proof approval, your canvas or framed canvas is produced and shipped.

Delivered to your door
Your physical portrait is delivered in approximately 5–10 business days after proof approval.

The digital file is an optional +$24.95 add-on to any canvas or framed order. When added, the high-resolution file of your portrait is emailed to you after your proof is approved.

Your portrait only moves into production after your proof is approved. If you request a re-do, send your photo later, or we need a clearer image, your timeline may shift slightly.
To help keep your order moving, please check your email after placing your order. Your digital proof will be sent there for review.
The 5–10 business day delivery estimate starts after proof approval, not immediately after checkout.
Shipping
Shipping Within the United States
Studio Artlims currently accepts orders from customers in the United States only. Free standard shipping is included with every physical portrait order.
Every portrait is printed and shipped within the United States. Once your canvas or framed canvas ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.
International delivery is not currently available.
Shipping times may vary slightly during holidays, high-volume periods, or carrier delays.
Add-On
Need It Sooner?
Priority creation is available at checkout for +$24.95. This moves your portrait proof creation ahead in the queue, so your proof is sent within 24 hours of ordering instead of the standard 2–3 business days.
During holiday periods, holiday priority creation may be available for +$34.95.
Priority creation speeds up the portrait creation and proof stage. It does not guarantee faster carrier delivery after your order has shipped.

No problem. If you chose Send photo later, we'll send you instructions after checkout. Your portrait timeline begins once we receive a usable pet photo.
Please include your order number and the email used at checkout so we can match your photo to your order.

If Something Goes Wrong
If your printed portrait arrives damaged, misprinted, or meaningfully different from the digital proof you approved, contact us with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you.
If your tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us and we'll help check the shipment status.

When does the 5–10 business day estimate start?
The estimate starts after you approve your digital proof.
Why does delivery depend on proof approval?
Because every portrait is custom-made. We first review your photo, create your portrait proof, and send it to you for approval. Production starts after approval.
What happens if I request a re-do?
Your timeline may shift slightly because the proof needs to be updated before production can begin.
What happens if I don't approve the proof?
Nothing is printed until you approve. If you don't reply, your order stays awaiting approval, so your portrait is never sent to production without your go-ahead.
Does priority creation include faster shipping?
Priority creation moves your portrait proof creation ahead in the queue. It does not guarantee faster carrier delivery after shipment.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Free standard shipping within the United States is included on physical portrait orders.
Do physical orders include tracking?
Yes. Canvas and Framed Canvas orders include tracking once shipped.
What if I chose send photo later?
Your timeline begins once we receive a usable pet photo.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or meaningfully different from your approved proof, we'll replace it or refund you.
