Before anything is produced, you'll review a digital proof and can request one free re-do, so the artwork is right before we ever print it. Your portrait is never sent to production until you approve your digital proof, so if you need more time your order simply waits for you. If your printed portrait arrives damaged, misprinted, or meaningfully different from the proof you approved, we'll replace it or refund you.

Will it actually look like my pet?–
That's what the proof process is for. You approve a digital proof before anything is produced, with one free re-do included.
Are the portraits AI-generated?+
Our portraits are created using an AI-assisted digital art process based on the photo you upload. Each portrait is reviewed and refined by a real person before production. We also send you a proof before printing, so you can request a free re-do if it's not quite right.
What kind of photo do I need?+
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is visible and in focus, and the original full-size image works best. A few things that help:
- Clear face: fully visible and in focus.
- Good lighting: natural daylight is best; avoid harsh shadows.
- No heavy blur: a steady, sharp shot captures more detail.
- Looking at the camera: eyes toward the lens bring the portrait to life.
- High resolution: the original, full-size image whenever possible.

What if my print arrives damaged?+
If your printed portrait arrives damaged, misprinted, or meaningfully different from the proof you approved, we'll replace it or refund you.
