How It Works
From Photo to Candle in 4 Simple Steps
Upload your favorite photo
Any clear, well-lit photo works, and it takes about 30 seconds. Already have an approved portrait? Add the candle to your order and we reuse that artwork, no upload needed.
Portrait created with care
Your portrait is created from your pet's photo using an AI-assisted digital art process, then reviewed and refined by a real person before production.
Preview & approve your proof
We arrange your portrait into the candle label, one large central portrait with softer repeats around it, and send a digital proof, typically within 2–3 business days. You can request one free re-do. Nothing is produced until you approve your proof.
Poured & delivered
Once approved, we apply your approved artwork to the label and ship your candle, delivered in approximately 5–10 business days after approval. Your artwork is never stretched, distorted, or awkwardly cropped.

Before anything is produced, you review a digital proof of the candle label and can request one free re-do. Your candle is never sent to production until you approve your proof. Questions
Everything You Might Be Wondering
How does my pet's portrait appear on the candle?–
The label uses a horizontal design: one large central portrait of your pet with smaller, softer repeats around it. Your artwork is never stretched, distorted, redrawn, or awkwardly cropped, and you approve a digital proof before anything is produced.
Can I use the artwork from a portrait I already ordered?+
Yes. If you are ordering (or have in your cart) a custom pet portrait, choose "Add to my portrait order" and we reuse that same approved artwork, no second upload needed. The bundle price is applied automatically at checkout.
What scents can I choose?+
Clean Cotton, White Sage and Lavender, and Unscented year-round, plus seasonal scents: Sea Salt + Orchid (Spring / Summer) and Coconut Cream + Cardamom (Autumn / Winter). During the holidays we also offer Christmas Warmth as a limited edition.
Are the portraits AI-generated?+
Our portraits are created using an AI-assisted digital art process based on the photo you upload. Each portrait is reviewed and refined by a real person before production, and you approve a proof before printing.
What kind of photo do I need?+
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is visible and in focus, and the original full-size image works best.
- Clear face: fully visible and in focus.
- Good lighting: natural daylight is best.
- No heavy blur: a steady, sharp shot captures more detail.
- High resolution: the original, full-size image whenever possible.
Not sure about your photo? We check every photo before starting and reach out if there is an issue.
Tell me about the candle itself.+
It is a 9 oz soy wax candle poured into a reusable amber glass jar, for a clean, even burn. Once it is finished, the jar is easy to clean out and keep.
How long does it take?+
You will usually see your proof within 2–3 business days. After you approve it, your candle is delivered in approximately 5–10 business days.
What about shipping?+
Free standard U.S. shipping with tracking on every order. We currently ship within the United States only, and everything is printed and shipped in the USA.
