About Studio Artlims
Studio Artlims creates made-to-order custom portraits, personalized artwork, canvas prints, framed canvases, and digital custom artwork files.
Each order is created specifically for the customer based on the information, photo, and product options provided at checkout.
Prices, Taxes, and Shipping
All prices are shown on the website and confirmed at checkout before payment.
Shipping costs, available delivery options, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout where applicable.
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country. These charges are not controlled by Studio Artlims unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
Custom and Personalized Products
Because our products are custom-made or personalized, they are created specifically for each customer and are not held as standard stock items.
Custom-made and personalized products are not eligible for standard returns due to change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selected by the customer, incorrect photo uploaded by the customer, or personal preference regarding the final artwork style.
This does not affect the customer’s rights if the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or not as described.
Quality Issues and Complaints
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at studioartlims@outlook.com. To help us resolve shipping damage or a defective print quickly, we ask that you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order where possible. This time frame is a request to help us assist you faster and does not affect your statutory rights.
Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including artwork examples, product images, text, branding, logos, and designs, belongs to Studio Artlims or is used with permission.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any content from this website without written permission.
Customer Uploaded Content
By uploading a photo or other material to Studio Artlims, the customer confirms that they have the right to use that material for the purpose of creating a custom product.
Customer-uploaded photos are used only to create and fulfill the customer’s order, unless the customer gives separate permission for another use.
Product Images and Mockups
Product images, lifestyle images, and mockups are used to show product style, size, format, and presentation.
Colors, proportions, and final print appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, print production, material, and product format.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
If you are a consumer and you are not satisfied with the way we handled your complaint, or if you believe that we have violated your consumer rights, you may contact us first with a request for resolution at studioartlims@outlook.com.
If we reject your request or do not respond within 30 days, you may have the right to submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to a competent alternative dispute resolution body.
For consumers in Slovakia, the competent authority may include the Slovak Trade Inspection or another authorized alternative dispute resolution body listed by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic.
