Submit Your Portrait

Please upload a clear photo or short video of your finished portrait. You can also leave a short review if you'd like.

  • Accepted: JPG, PNG, HEIC, MP4, MOV
  • Tip: a clear, well-lit photo or short video works best

Portraits on walls, beside pets, or in gift moments work best. You can add more than one.

Your permission

Your submission is completely optional and does not affect your order. We only ever use your first name and your pet's name, never your full name.

We usually review submissions and send discount codes within 1 to 2 business days.

If your portrait was created in memory of a pet, there is absolutely no pressure to share. If you feel comfortable, we'd be honored to see where their portrait now lives.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my full name be shown?

No. We never show your full name. We only ever use your first name and your pet's name, for example 'Jenn's corgi James'.

Where might my photo be used?

When you submit, you're giving us permission to feature your portrait across our website, social media, emails, and ads. If you'd ever like it removed, just email us.

When will I get my discount?

Approved submissions receive a 15% discount code by email within 1 to 2 business days.

Do I have to share a photo?

No. Sharing is completely optional.

Can I submit a video?

Yes. Short videos are welcome.

Can I submit a memorial portrait?

Yes, only if you feel comfortable. There is no pressure.
